Nucleus Property is a private building investment company not available to the public. We enjoy building investment properties for clients who are motivated and ready to take the next step in their portfolio journey.

Our homes are built with care and attention to detail. To ensure we keep the highest of standards on our building sites we will only select projects that align with our values: personal growth, kindness and initiative.

Nucleus Property was established to nourish property aspirations on a personal level. With over 20 years experience in building we have seen it all, from inflation, material shortages, pandemics, natural disaster rebuilds, building booms and building lows, there is nothing we haven't seen. It presented an opportunity to look inwards and revise what building from the heart looks like.

The answer? A private building company that puts our why at the very nucleus of building - to create a life filled with love, compassion and positivity, for both our family and other families out there who embark on the Nucleus journey.

Building homes to add value and allow kiwis to take the next step on their portfolio journey is immensely satisfying. In short it is our purpose - to create and share. And we can do that through building.
